Jordan Berliant was formerly a partner at The Collective, where he oversaw day-to-day operations of the Music Management Division. In addition to managing Linkin Park, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club and Staind, he brought his international expertise to the company’s entire management roster and created a network of label and media partnerships across the globe.
Berliant previously ran the day-to-day operations while also serving as International GM for Allen Kovac’s management company, Left Bank, which later became 10th Street Entertainment. There he played an instrumental role in positioning several key marketing strategies that combined performance and media with a variety of ancillary marketing partners.
With over 20 years experience in artist management, Jeff Varner has been an integral part to numerous artist careers and projects. While at The Collective, Varner managed Slash, Godsmack, The Plain White T’s, Stone Temple Pilots, The White Buffalo and others. He created and implemented integrated marketing campaigns for recording albums, tours, television shows, apparel lines, retail outlets, corporate sponsorships and many other entertainment-based events.
Varner also created cross-marketing campaigns for sponsors and artists alike including companies such as JVC Electronics, Philips Electronics, National Hot Rod Association (NHRA), NASCAR, Indy Racing League, H&R Block, Apple, Fender Guitar Co., Gibson Guitar Co., Pepsi Co., Regal Cinemas, Sandisk, Myspace, Jagermeister, Monster Energy Drink, Rockstar Energy Drink, Red Bull Energy Drink and many more. Prior to joining The Collective, Varner served as GM of North America for 10th Street Entertainment.
Jodi Emond is a day-to-day manager and focuses on tour marketing with Revelation. She currently works with Slash, Godsmack and Stone Temple Pilots. She has also worked with many other platinum selling artists such as Avenged Sevenfold, Alanis Morissette and Hoobastank. She has overseen multiple artists¹ self-released albums worldwide. Jodi started in the music industry in 2000 for Left Bank Management. Jodi quickly worked her way up to a position as a day-to-day manager at 10th Street entertainment under the guidance of Jordan Berliant and Jeff Varner working with notable artists such as Motley Crue, Everclear, Yes, Hanson and Orgy.
Mark Gorlick heads up all things radio. With two decades of experience in major label radio promotion, he offers an informed perspective of how to navigate the challenging landscape of radio. Though music discovery has many avenues in the increasingly digital world, broadcast radio continues to reach over 75% of the audience making it a critical component of each artists marketing strategy. Working in collaboration with record label promotion departments, Mark ensures that the companys clients have every possible avenue for exposure.
Mark has long been regarded as one of the industrys brightest executives and a proponent of changes in airplay chart methodologies that are employed today. He has held senior executive posts at MCA/Universal, Atlantic/Lava, DreamWorks and Sonys Red Strategic Marketing division.
Corey heads up digital strategy and web development for the client roster.
Stephanie A. Hernandez
Upon graduating Cal State Fullerton University, with a bachelor degree in Communications Entertainment Studies, Stephanie's ambition brought her straight to Los Angeles where she landed her first job in the music industry as an online PR & Marketing manager. In this position she was able to utilize and expand her digital, social media and CMS knowledge to maximize grass root marketing initiatives for artists such as Andy Clockwise, 8mm, Abandoned Pools, and The White Arrows. She learned to establish close relationships with artists, management and media publications to ensure campaigns met her client’s expectations.
In 2010, she headed to Universal Music Group as an Executive Assistant to the SVP of Urban Marketing and A&R. She assisted in coordinating & executing marketing plans for Interscope's Urban artists including: 50 Cent, Diddy Dirty Money, Keri Hilson, Mary J. Blige, and Keyshia Cole. Stephanie quickly developed thick skin during her time at Interscope Records where learned the fundamentals of the music business and how to successfully release a top charting album.
It wasn't long before Steph found her way back to her rock 'n roll roots working in artist management. She joined The Collective in 2012 and worked with notable artists such as Linkin Park, Stone Temple Pilots, and STAIND.
After earning her Bachelor of Science in Music Industry at Northeastern University in Boston, MA, (during which time she interned for Glassnote Records, CandyShop Management, Hydra Head Records, The End Records, and Paradigm Talent Agency, sold merchandise for Bowery Boston, ran social media as a contractor for Big Picnic Records, and booked shows as the Small Concerts Chair for the Council For University Programs), Claire began her career in the live music world as an assistant at The Agency Group (now United Talent Agency) and later Paradigm Talent Agency in New York City, where she worked on tours for The Black Keys, The Kills, Father John Misty, Black Lips, etc. Realizing her greater interest in artist management, she moved to Los Angeles to join Jordan’s Berliant’s team at Revelation in the summer of 2017.
Josh, originally from Boston University, is a Digital Coordinator at Revelation. Prior to joining Revelation, he spent time as the Content Manager of indie label Amalgam Digital, and oversaw all releases and digital content produced by their roster. He also spent time at a tech startup curating and managing content to be used in custom fan-apps for high-profile artists such as Jordin Sparks, Matisyahu, and more. As Revelation’s Digital Coordinator, Josh facilitates online campaigns and digital content management for the roster with Corey Crossfield.
Yunus graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in Communications, specialty in Radio, TV, and Film, during which time he booked and promoted shows on campus and hosted a weekly radio show on UW student radio. Upon graduating he moved to Austin, TX, where he became the editor-in-chief of JamFeed, a music news aggregation app. He edited and published daily content from a staff of a dozen writers, as well as writing his own feature articles and conducting artist interviews. He relocated to Los Angeles in 2016 to work at WME, where he learned the ins and outs of the touring and booking business. Realizing that he wanted to foray into management, he joined Revelation in September 2018 as executive assistant to Revelation partner Jeff Varner.
